How I can help you: I love questions! I know that as a freshman I had a million questions about college, so I am happy to answer any of your questions to the best of my ability, as well as to offer any advice you may need.
When I started at UC Davis: I was nervous about being on my own for the first time, and having to hold myself accountable for doing schoolwork, getting enough sleep, eating right, etc. Also, college is definitely different from high school, and I wasn't sure what to expect.
I was super excited about getting to pursue my interests, both in the classroom and through other campus opportunities. Davis is a fantastic place to explore your future career and find what you're passionate about.
Advice for incoming first-year UHP students: Appreciate your UHP classes, they're a great way to make friends with people you'll continue to see throughout the next few years.
Resources I've used on campus: The Pantry, Animal Science Advising Center, UC Education Abroad Program (UCEAP)
