As a freshman, I had the privilege of taking an intriguing and thought-provoking seminar that examined the idea of socialized medicine. In studying such a complex topic, we started by asking a simple question: “If the Constitution of the United States bestows upon every American the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, why should anyone not be entitled to the right to (good) health?” In answering this question, we relied on research, critical analysis, collaboration, and open communication.

My interests include: photography, Indian Cooking, cycling, reading, writing, tennis, and lifting weights.
