Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship Provides undergraduate and graduate funding to participants in preparation for entrance to the US Department of State Foreign Service.  Applicants must be sophomores with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.  Consideration will be given to applicants who, in addition to outstanding leadership skills and academic achievement, demonstrate financial need.

Award amount:  Tuition and fees, etc. are paid during the junior, senior and first year of graduate studies.
